Our strong sales team is made up exclusively of experienced technicians who speak your language and know exactly what you are looking for.

  • Idea

At the beginning of every system is the idea with which we can automate your process according to our requirements.

  • Concept

We develop concepts from your specifications – fully developed and thought through down to the last detail. What sets us apart from others: Solving complex tasks as simply and comprehensively as possible.

  • Offer

Based on the agreed concept, we work out a detailed offer layout for you.

  • Construction

Design documents and drawings are created for the mechanical design. The electrical design includes planning the control system and creating the circuit diagrams.

  • Manufacturing

Matheus special systems and grippers are manufactured 100% in-house. This means we have everything under control and can guarantee the quality that meets our standards.

  • Assembly
During assembly, functional system components are built from mechanical parts and assemblies.
  • Commissioning

To commission the system with all components, interfaces, processes and functions are checked on site in order to finally evaluate and, if necessary, optimize them.

  • Acceptance
Before the final handover to the customer, all specified properties of the system are checked again. 100% MATHEUS – turnkey in every detail from the initial idea until everything runs perfectly.
  • Maintenance

Our own service company offers system-specific maintenance. We are also happy to program and maintain your robots on request – regardless of manufacturer.

  • Spare parts

We make sure that every spare part is available as quickly as possible. Even after 20 years.
